Digital Products

prompt-kit.ai sells digital prompt kits and downloadable content. Once a product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable.

Exceptions

We may offer a refund at our discretion in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchases made in error

• Technical issues that prevent access to the product and cannot be resolved by our support team
